2025 Water Mission Walk for Water

Saturday, Mar 29th, 2025 • Water Mission’s 19th annual Walk for Water is Saturday, March 29 at 9 a.m. at Riverfront Park in North Charleston. Every day, millions of people around the world walk miles just to collect water. This water is often dirty and unsafe and makes them sick. On March 29, 5,000 people will gather at Riverfront Park to raise awareness of the global water crisis—which affects 2 billion people—and raise funds to support Water Mission's safe water solutions around the world. Over the last two decades, the Walk for Water has grown into a flagship event in Charleston. In 2024, we welcomed more than 4,000 walkers and raised more than $580,000 for Water Mission’s work. This year, we aim to raise enough funds to provide safe water for 14,000 people around the world.
