- ➤ Downtown Charleston will see road closures on Monday, March 17 for the annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade. Parade setup begins at 9:00 a.m. on Radcliffe — King Street closes at 9:30 a.m. and officers will manage traffic as the parade moves from King Street to Broad and ends at Legare Street.
