- ➤ Point Hope residents will soon get a new park that features two pools, sports courts, and a pavilion—opening in spring 2026. Luxury apartments at Brooking Square will offer more homes with special amenities starting summer 2026 and a new trail loop called The Waterline will link neighborhoods over the coming years.
