- ➤ The Berkeley County Coroner’s Office identified 55-year-old Patricia A. McKelvey as the victim of a pedestrian collision on Sunday at 9:32 p.m. along Red Bank Road in Goose Creek—she was hit by a 2009 Acura SUV and the Highway Patrol is investigating. ABC 4 News

- ➤ Students at R.B. Stall High School protested Monday after the unexpected death of Tyrek Smith, a 15-year-old who suffered a severe asthmatic crisis and died in hospital last Friday.
