CRIME NEWS

  • Charleston police are investigating a shooting at Palmilla Apartments on Ashley River Road in West Ashley that left one person dead and two injured after gunshots were heard just before 1 a.m. on May 18—no arrests have been made.  The Post and Courier

  • On Saturday night, Salem won 4-2 over the RiverDogs at Joseph P. Riley Jr. Park after a three-run eighth inning rally that engaged over 6,200 fans. The teams played the final game of their series on Sunday following the annual Run Charlie Run 5k.  ABC 4 News
