- ➤ Forest Acres police said juvenile suspects stole envelopes from more than 20 unlocked mailboxes along several streets on May 31 — investigators noted that while federal charges are possible, juveniles are rarely charged as adults. The Post and Courier
- ➤ The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office said that deputies, ICE, SLED and other federal, state and local partners conducted a targeted enforcement operation in Ladson from May 31—June 1.
