- ➤ OSHA is investigating a fatal construction accident in North Charleston after John Stowers, 58 from Summerville, was run over by a backing skid steer vehicle on I-26 near the Weber Boulevard overpass last week — he was pronounced dead at Trident Medical Center. My TV Charleston

- ➤ Gas prices in South Carolina and across the nation rose slightly last week as oil prices climbed due to the conflict with Iran — GasBuddy data shows that on Monday, the average price in South Carolina was $2.86 per gallon with prices ranging from $2.44 to $3.29, while the national average increased by 9.7 cents to $3.18 per gallon.
