- ➤ The City of Charleston will review Cainhoy development proposals today from Clouter Creek Reserve LLC for the Thomas Island Subdivision at 100 Sands Preserve Drive and from Toll Brothers for the Tuxbury Farm Subdivision at 2682 SC Hwy. 41—each plan is set for design review. The Technical Review Committee on September 11 requested revisions for Cainhoy Del Webb Phase 3 and Point Hope North Residential proposals from Pulte Home Company LLC and Cainhoy Land and Timber—further revisions are needed. - ➤ City officials in Charleston announced new rules requiring pet microchipping (a measure aimed at easing overcrowding in animal shelters) and said the regulation will take effect soon. Officials expect the change to improve lost pet tracking and shelter management. Live 5 News
