- ➤ Volvo Cars said it will boost output at its Ridgeville plant by adding a new model in late 2026 as part of a big investment plan. Gov. Henry McMaster and Rep. - ➤ College of Charleston president Andrew Hsu said Monday that the school would consider moving the proposed dormitory from 106 Coming St—home to a former YMCA building—if human remains are found in the soil.
